The Reporting module, one of the original core modules that was part of the EFOS WEB launch, is now about to get a number of new features.
The next release of the Reporting module will allow attachments, linking to journey log and schedule information, and the ability for reports to be automatically created from training and safety forms.
On Tuesday 20th July, along with thousands of others, we descended upon the town of Farnborough for the bi-annual International Airshow. As regular attendees will know, this is more a venue for ordering 100 new bizjets than marketting flight ops software (or even trying to find an EFB solution), but it is a fantastic place to network and learn what’s happening throughout the industry. We were pleased to see one of our partner companies, Avisa, sporting a very impressive stand as part of the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium. The star of the 2010 show was no doubt the 787 Dreamliner but it’s still hard not to be impressed by the sheer size and manoeuvrability of the A380.
